Bell Must Prove It's Case Publicly CRTC Says

CBC News has reported that the CRTC has ordered Bell to publicly prove that the Internet systems which they operate are congested. This is the latest development in the complaint that the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (CAIP) placed with the CRTC.
